Shipping & Returns
Returns are not available for custom engraved or imprinted items unless Accent Awards has made a mistake in spelling or any other type of engraving error. We make every effort to insure you understand the details of the item(s) you are purchasing and we provide accurate artwork for your approval prior to submitting to production. Accent Awards is not responsible for engraving errors if you approve the artwork provided.
In the event there is damage to your item(s) caused by shipping negligence, Accent Awards will file a complaint with the shipper and your item(s) will be replaced. If there is damage due to the shippers negligence the shipper will require inspection of the packaging and product(s). Therefore, you must keep all packaging materials together for the inspection. Additionally, Accent Awards will require images of broken items and packaging.
Errors by Accent Awards and damage by shipping are rare and unlikely occurrences. We are confident your item(s) will arrive safely and you will be more than satisfied.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
